📝 Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars
  • Communicating professionally with clients (in person, via phone, and email)
  • Handling official documentation and paperwork
  • Visiting tax offices and government institutions when needed
  • Assisting in claiming invoices and following up on payments
  • Supporting the team in delivering high-quality client service

🕒 Working Hours:

Sunday to Thursday

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

✅ Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting, auditing, or ERP (Odoo) is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Valid driver's license is a plus (for external visits)
