📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinating appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Communicating professionally with clients (in person, via phone, and email)
- Handling official documentation and paperwork
- Visiting tax offices and government institutions when needed
- Assisting in claiming invoices and following up on payments
- Supporting the team in delivering high-quality client service
🕒 Working Hours:
Sunday to Thursday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with accounting, auditing, or ERP (Odoo) is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Valid driver's license is a plus (for external visits)
