Offboarding an employee usually means chasing equipment, open balances and signatures across HR, Finance and management with money calculated by hand in spreadsheets. This module turns the whole process into one guided record that verifies clearance, auto-calculates the final settlement (salary, leave cashout, end-of-service, social security and tax), routes it through configurable HR/Finance/GM approvals, and on finalization archives the employee and deactivates their user. It produces a bilingual Arabic/English final settlement report and keeps a full audit trail of who approved what and when.
